I am not sure I have time for this.
As a mama myself of two littles, I understand that time is sanity so I try to work as quick as possible to make your dreams reality. Custom invitations take about 3 business days for initial proof and pre-made invites take 1-2 business days for initial proof (depending on time of year). After first proof, all further communication will be responded to as quick as possible but max 24 hours. If you are in need of something quicker, please don't hesitate to message me! I try to be as accommodating as possible.
Can I make changes to items in the shop?
Most items in the shop can have colors changed and most wording. If you are wanting different artwork or major wording changes, please contact me ahead of time so I can make sure that your ideas will work! In some cases, a small change fee may apply.
How many times can I tweak and edit the invite?
It is my mission to make you 100% satisfied with your invitation/announcement experience. So, if you aren’t feeling what I am throwing down (digitally speaking) then let me know! The only way you could hurt my feelings is if you didn’t tell me you didn’t like it! I give unlimited proofs so we can tweak and edit along the way so you feel completely confident and assured that you are getting the best!
What if in the end, I am just not feeling it?
The hope is that we never get to this point because we will be working together to make it perfect. BUT, if I can’t make your dream reality, before we send to the printer or I send the final digital version to you,
I will happily refund 100% of your money!
What about additional custom pieces?
You can really add a personal touch to your event with custom party goods. Matching thank you cards, favor tags and envelope liners are always available in the shop, but please contact me if you have something else in mind to see if we can make it happen!
Can you do special printing or die-cuts?
I love it when you guys have incredible visions of what your invites will look like, so let’s chat further! I would love to hear your grand idea and I will do everything in my power to make it happen!
